Who is EGA looking for?

Combined with strong academic results, we seek people who are result-oriented and eager to develop their interpersonal and intrapersonal skills early in their career.

Eligibility criteria include

• UAE National (with a valid UAE passport).
• Open to high school (Grade 10+) and college students.
• Not sponsored by another organisation.
• Minimum 75% for school students; GPA of 3.00 and above for college students.
• Ability to successfully complete a medical test arranged by EGA and police clearance.
• Complete the online application form in full.

What do the working hours look like?

Summer Trainees work four days per week (Monday–Thursday), 9 hours per day — for example, from 7:00 to 16:00. Start and finish times may vary by department.

What is the location of the training?

You will receive your Summer Training Programme in either Jebel Ali (Dubai) or Al Taweelah (Abu Dhabi). Please select your preferred site in the form.

Important notes

• Participants will be accepted and allocated to areas on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Transportation will not be provided by EGA.
• Police clearance will be requested once the application form has been accepted.
• Only applicants who fully complete the online application form will be reviewed for shortlisting.

What do the working hours look like?

Our working hours are five days a week (Monday–Friday).

Monday–Thursday: 9 hours per day (7:00–16:00).
Friday: 4.5 hours (7:00–11:30).
Timing may vary slightly by department.
